About Frank L. Turner Jr.
Frank is an attorney with a solo practice located in Philadelphia. He represents small business owners, landlords and tenants, as well as small corporations and partnerships. He's helped his clients with transactional issues as well as dispute resolution and litigation. Frank has handled expungements and spoken publicly about criminal law in Pennsylvania.
He holds a BA in English Literature and Letters from University of Texas, and a JD from Louisiana State University Hebert Law Center. Frank has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar since 2015.
