The advocate you want on your side.

If you are an artist or maker, a small business owner or non-profit director, you know that legal issues can be headaches — and costly ones. So does Frank Turner. A results-oriented attorney providing affordable legal solutions to small businesses, artists and makers, non-profits and individuals in Pennsylvania, Turner began practicing law after years as a professional musician and tech writer. His experience in the creative economy exposed him to the intellectual property and consumer finance challenges faced by those independent makers who fuel the arts and tech sectors.  Today, his focus has expanded beyond IP issues to encompass real estate law as well as matters of non-profit and small business incorporation and administration.

Frank holds a BA in English Literature and Letters from University of Texas, and a JD from Louisiana State University Hebert Law Center. Frank has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar since 2015.
